ORDERS
All orders placed through karensbb3collective.com are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders if an item becomes unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or listing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
• Items must not be damaged or altered.
• Products returned outside of these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

COLLECTIBLE ITEM DISCLAIMER
Many items sold at Karen’s BB3 Collective are collectible toys or blind box items. Minor packaging imperfections may occur during manufacturing or shipping and are not considered product defects.
SHIPPING
Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier services. Once an order has shipped, Karen’s BB3 Collective is not responsible for carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided when available.
